## Summary

#### Overview
**The appointment of a panel of HR recruitment services for a period of 3 years** to provide headhunting, recruitment and related assessments for the SABC. Bidders should be recruitment agencies with media-industry experience, executive search capability, and the ability to operate on fixed rates; must comply with SA laws and SABC policies.

#### Requirements
- Valid SARS PIN and tax compliance status; BBBEE certificate (SANAS); for EMEs/QSEs an annual sworn affidavit with revenue thresholds and black ownership details.
- Proof of TV license (or sworn affidavit) for company, shareholders, and directors.
- Certified company registration, shareholders’ certificates, and IDs of directors/members.
- Last 3 years audited/reviewed financial statements or management accounts.
- Compliance with SABC policies, confidentiality, and non-subcontracting without approval; conflict-of-interest disclosures.
- Placement fee (Annexure B) fixed for the contract; prices in Rand incl. VAT; where applicable, include vetting costs.
- SABC may require references (Annexure C letters) and evidence of capabilities (ATS, psychometric services, turnaround times).

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 14 September 2026, 12:00 (electronic submissions to rfpsubmissions@sabc.co.za). Submit well before close (at least 60 minutes prior).
- Briefing: non-compulsory briefing on 28 August 2026 at 09:00 (via Teams; link provided; see Annexure A).
- Documents to submit: completed bid document (SABC SBDs), SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate, TV license proof, company registration, shareowners/IDs, last 3 years financials, SBD 4/8/9, vendor registration form (and Centralised Data Base registration). See attached annexures (Annexure B, C, D) for specifics.
