#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) consultants to provide health and safety services to NERSA for 36 months.** Bidders should be professional OHSE service providers (OHS training, audits/compliance, ISO management systems, occupational health, travel health) with relevant registrations, track record, and team qualifications (e.g., HPCSA/SANC, SAIOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).

#### Requirements
- Administrative prerequisites: CSD registration or MA number; SARS PIN/TCS; valid B-BBEE certificate; Invitation to Bid; proof of experience; CVs for proposed team; professional registrations; security clearance proof; and compliance with Labour/Labour-related requirements.  
- Qualification and capabilities: evidence of experience in similar OHSE work; minimum five reference letters; summarised CVs of proposed team; contingency plan and professional indemnity where applicable.  
- Category-specific capabilities (Lot-based): OHS Training, OHS Audits/Compliance, ISO Integrated Management Systems, Occupational Health Services, Travel Health/Travel Medicine. Each category requires relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, HPCSA/SANC where applicable, travel vaccination authority, etc.).  
- Evaluation: Stage 1 administrative compliance; Stage 2 functionality (max 100 points; minimum 60 required) with criteria for experience, methodology, and team qualifications (up to 40/30/30). Presentations may be optional.  
- IP and confidentiality: NERSA owns deliverables; strict confidentiality; IP rights vest in NERSA.
