**Procurement of a panel of skilled financial professionals to provide financial management support to identified municipalities and the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (KZN COGTA).** Suitable bidders include finance-focused firms or individuals with municipal finance, budgeting, accounting and advisory expertise; eligible entities span sole proprietors, CCs, PTY (Ltd), partnerships, JVs/consortia, and co-operatives.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in municipal finance, budgeting, financial reporting and advisory support.
- Ability to supply ongoing financial management support over a 36-month period.
- Compliance: SARS tax obligations; provide SARS PIN or a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; if no TCS PIN, provide CSD number; separate TCS/CSD for each JV/consortium party.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD): registration and up-to-date information; non-compliance may disqualify or void bids/contracts.
- Bid documents must be on official forms (SBD 3, 4, 6.1, etc.), complete and signed; contracts to be formalized on SBD 7.
- State of service: bidders (and directors) must not be in the state’s service; comply with PFMA SCM regulations.
