#### Overview
**RFQ LM 2026/0078 seeks a professional and experienced service provider to remove the existing smart gate motor and supply and install a new smart gate motor for Luthuli Museum.** Bid should come from firms with automated-gate motor experience, installation and maintenance capabilities, and strict OHSA/compliance practices; completion target is within 14 days of appointment.

#### Requirements
- Experience in supply, installation and servicing of automated gate motors (past 5 years: 2020–2025) and proven project performance.
- Ability to provide qualified personnel, including a project leader/site supervisor, with comprehensive testing documentation.
- Compliance with health and safety and environmental standards; provision of necessary safety materials and on-site PPE.
- 12-month warranty for all parts/materials; written workmanship/materials guarantee.
- Public liability insurance minimum of R500,000; COIDA Certificate/Good Standing.
- Returnable documents: Central Supplier Database full reg, SARS tax pin, BBBEE affidavit/certificate, CIPC registration, directors’ IDs, company profile, at least 3 reference letters, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, GCC (initial each page).
- No sub-contracting for the replacement work; all costs must be included in quotation; prices fixed and valid for 90 days.
- Delivery/works timeframe: completion within 14 days after appointment letter.
