#### Overview
**The procurement seeks the appointment of a Professional Resource Team tasked with Construction Monitoring up to Project Close-Out for asbestos roofs removal and replacement of government-subsidized units within the North West Province.** Bidders should have proven capability in construction monitoring, contract administration, design review, supervision, reporting, and stakeholder coordination on housing/human settlements projects.
