#### Overview
**Procurement of a qualified service provider to manage and implement an Employee Health and Wellness (EHW) management programme for the Department of Agriculture over three years.** Bidders should have expertise in workplace health and wellness programme management, and be prepared to operate under public-sector procurement rules (80/20 preference system).

#### Requirements
- 80/20 preference point system applicable; bid must include all taxes.  
- Register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the reference numbers on SBD1.  
- Bidder must be able to manage and implement an EHW programme for a 3-year period.  
- Complete and submit attached documents: GCC, SBD1, SBD3, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1, plus specifications.  
- Bid validity period: 90 days.  
- If sole agent/supplier, disclose discount/markups to assess fairness.  
- Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with bidder name, address, bid number and closing date.  
- Compulsory briefing session: 09 October 2026 (Imbizo Hall, Harvest House, 30 Hamilton Street, Pretoria).
