#### Overview
**The RFQ seeks to appoint a qualified professional photographer to capture high-quality images of the SANPC refinery site infrastructure.** Bidders with industrial photography capability (ground and optional aerial/drone), safety and aviation-compliance expertise, and the ability to deliver edited images, prints, and deliverables within the specified timelines should consider bidding. #### Requirements
- Ground-based and aerial photography capabilities; drone operator must be SACAA-licensed with valid Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) and/or ROC, third-party drone liability insurance, and written approvals from SACAA/ATC prior to flight.
- Aviation safety: coordinate with adjacent airport/ATC, obtain formal clearance, no flights over hazardous areas without risk assessment, no night flights unless authorised (if applicable).
- Health, safety and refinery access: mandatory site safety induction, PPE, escort in operational areas, equipment list for approval, confidentiality/security agreements.
- Deliverables: edited high-resolution images (JPEG/RAW), 5 days editing window; final delivery within 2 weeks subject to aviation/site access approvals; 10 printed A3 copies; secure electronic delivery within 1 week after completion.
- Compliance and procurement: 80/20 preferential points (due to estimated value below R50m); submit valid B-BBEE verification (or affidavit), and complete SBD6.1; provide Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration proof and SARS Tax PIN. (see 1. RFQ document.pdf; 4. Annexure C - SBD 6.1.pdf)
