- Public liability insurance ≥ R1 Million; COIDA Certificate/Good Standing
- Methodology/Project Approach; GCC (initialled on pages)
- Health and safety/Environmental compliance; scaffolding and related safety
- Ability to provide project programme, QA/testing documentation
