- Proven delivery of Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People maintenance, customization, implementation, and support; 
- Evidence: multiple project letters/plans and client references; 
- Accredited Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People partner status; 
- Qualified project lead with minimum 3 years’ relevant Sage experience (CV and accreditations required); 
- Detailed SLA and support model, including 100% service levels and dedicated account representation; 
- Compliance: two-envelope bid submission, SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), JV/consortium agreements if applicable; 
- Regulatory: CSD registration, tax compliance (including SARS TCS or tax clearance); NIPP/SBD5 where relevant; 
- Insurance requirements and confidentiality commitments; 
- Total cost of ownership considerations and fair pricing with potential BAFO; 
- Returnable documents must be valid for contract term.
