- Capacity and resources: show two resumes for core personnel and evidence of material resources and equipment.
- Detailed project plan and implementation timeline, including sculpture development, transport, on-site installation, and closeout.
- Environmental integration plan showing cultural heritage themes in landscaping.
- Sketch/3D drawings of the chairs and faceless sculptures.
- Compulsory documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Form of Offer; COIDA/FEM/RMA; full CSD report; authority to sign; handwritten BoQ; attendance at compulsory briefing (register used) (see Part T2 – Returnable Schedules; Annex A).
- Insurance: contract works and public liability; H&S compliance.
