- Confirmed product availability/stock and reliable supply capability, with lead times and contingency options.
- Warranty: minimum 3-year Next Business Day onsite warranty, with defined parts, labour, and support.
- Delivery capability: clear delivery plan, timelines, production/logistics capacity, risk mitigation.
- Asset tagging capability: documented tagging methodology, asset register, unique identifiers, and QA processes.
- Software imaging capability: pre-imaged devices with standard organisational images; QA and bulk-imaging capacity.
- All bids must comply with Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS/Tax requirements, OEM accreditation, and POPIA/Confidentiality norms as indicated in the RFP.
