- On‑site crew: 1 A/V technician/livestream engineer; 2 x camera operators.
- Audience displays: 2 x 75"–85" displays with stands; HDMI/SDI routing and power management.
- Audio: venue audio ingest, multi‑presenter mics; livestream and local recording audio.
- Lighting: 1 LED lighting kit suitable for small stage; related stands and power distribution.
- Internet infrastructure: bonded 4G/5G router or equivalent, pre‑configured for resilient 1080p streaming.
- Roaming camera support to cover separate locations (4IR Labs and CoS Centre).
