#### Overview
**CCMA seeks a service provider to print, supply and deliver A4 case files with labels and clips under a national 36-month contract.** The supplier must print CCMA-branded A4 files (180 g, 3 cm gusset) with attached clips and white double-sided labels, and deliver to CCMA offices nationally. The procurement follows a three-stage evaluation (Mandatory Requirements, Functionality, Price/Specific Goals) and requires samples, a compulsory site visit, and robust compliance documentation. #### Requirements
- National delivery capability to all CCMA offices; adherence to delivery lead times (up to 10 working days).
- Product spec adherence: A4 size, 180 g, 3 cm gusset, CCMA logo, plastic-coated clips, white double-sided labels per sample.
- Compulsory briefings and site visit: attendance mandatory; complete sample file with clip and label affixed.
- Documentation: valid Tax Clearance PIN, CSD Master Supplier Number, Company Registration Documents, IDs of owners, POPIA consent, BBBEE certificate, SBDs 1/3.3/4/6.1/7.2, CCMA standard conditions, financial statements, JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
- References and capacity: provide recent similar references (not older than 5 years) and demonstrate national delivery capacity; undergo CCMA reference checks.
- Evaluation: meet minimum 80/100 functionality threshold; price evaluated under 80/20 system; may require SLA and supplier development considerations.
