**The appointment of a service provider for the provision of Security Services to South Cape TVET College for a period of thirty-six (36) months, including guards, access control, alarm monitoring and armed response, across campuses, hostels and central office.** Bids are invited from PSIRA-registered security companies to render security services at SCC campuses, hostels and central office, with pre-qualification requirements (Tax clearance PIN, CSD registration) and other conditions described in the tender documents. 

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for guards and compliance with PSIRA standards.
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (PIN if applicable) and tax compliance.
- Registration on the National Treasury Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) with registration number.
- Completion and submission of mandatory tender documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9) and authorized signatory resolutions;
- Proof of company registration and authority to sign (board resolutions or JV agreements if applicable);
- Evidence of security capability with public-sector references and PSIRA-registered guards; minimum guard qualification (Grade B) and at least 3 years’ experience;
- Attendance at the compulsory site briefing (17 Nov 2026, 11:00, 125 Mitchell Street, George);
- Pricing schedule submission (monthly rates per site) as per the Pricing Schedule in the tender documents; PPPFA evaluation applies.
