#### Requirements
- Dell Gold or higher Partner certification with Manufacturer Authorisation Form (MAF) from Dell South Africa.
- Subcontracting limited to 40% of revenue (or provide a signed declaration if none).
- Bidder to accept end-to-end accountability for Tower S delivery (Bidder Accountability Declaration).
- Acceptance of prescribed SLAs for in-warranty devices; out-of-warranty work on time-and-material basis.
- Main Service Centre in SA and Remote/Footprint in each province; supporting documentation not older than 90 days.
- Attendance at compulsory briefing session (provide attendance certificate).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; include CSD Master Registration Number.
