#### Requirements
- Vehicles: properly licensed, roadworthy, clean, with functional seat belts, adequate luggage capacity, and insurance for passenger transport; equipped with a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher; valid operating licences or permits where applicable.
- Drivers: valid licences for the vehicle, valid PrDP/PDP where applicable, relevant long-distance passenger transport experience, professional conduct, and passenger safety focus.
- Mandatory bid documents: copies of vehicle registrations, roadworthy certificates, operating licences/permits, drivers’ licences/PrDP, and at least one contactable reference for similar transport in the last 3 years.
- Compliance: BBBEE certification, latest municipal account or lease agreement, tax clearance (or PIN), and Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; supplier must not be in service of the state.
- Documentation: complete SBD forms and a detailed price/schedule (per the RFQ).
