#### Requirements
- Proven ability to design, supply, install, configure, test, and maintain a GNSS-based NTP time synchronisation system across ATNS ATM/CNS/ATC environments, including replacement of obsolete equipment and site installations with robust redundancy.
- Compliance with SA procurement and supplier rules: Central Supplier Database registration, SARS tax clearance certificates, and proper documentation for B-BBEE, OEM/Distributer authorisation where applicable.
- Deliverables and controls: FAT/SAT, acceptance testing, System Engineering and Project Management plans, integrated logistics support, training of staff, spares, tooling, and comprehensive documentation; adherence to SLA, warranties, and Period of Beneficial Use (PBU) requirements.
