## Summary

#### Overview
**The appointment of a service provider to design and refurbish the Cape Town Station Technical Workshop on a turnkey basis.** Suitable bidders are firms with interior design and construction capabilities for technical/workshop spaces, able to deliver in three phases (design, construction, handover) and to obtain ATNS sign-off at design and construction milestones. CIDB 3GB+ capability, space planning, MEP fit-out, 3D visualization, and H&S compliance are expected.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: 3GB or higher (active status to be verified)  
- COIDA: valid Letter of Good Standing or equivalent mutual association policy  
- SARS: tax clearance PIN valid for 120 days; or TCS/CSD proof with bid  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD): registered or proof of application  
- References: minimum two contactable letters for General Construction Services (past 5 years)  
- Documentation: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule (Professional Services), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, IDs, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); proof of OEM accreditation if applicable  
- OEM/Professional Bodies accreditation and relevant registrations  
- ACSA staff access permit for duration of contract; PPE provision; OHS Safety file  
- Electrical CoC for power modifications; adherence to POPIA; professional indemnity insurance
