**The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment seeks a service provider to produce five annual CTRPRP reports for Commercial Timber Resources and Primary Roundwood Processing in South Africa for the years 2022/23–2026/27, to be delivered within three years.** The contract covers data collection, questionnaire design, GIS mapping, data analysis and the production of two final reports plus raw data, for national-scale timber statistics and related processing. The bidder should be a professional services outfit with forestry statistics, data collection/analysis, GIS/map production and report-writing capabilities, and must meet government procurement, tax and BBBEE requirements. #### Requirements
- Project Team Leader with Economics or Statistics qualifications (preferably Honours or higher) and at least 5 years’ experience in forestry statistics/data analysis. 
- Team members with Forestry/Environmental Science qualifications and relevant CVs; demonstrated experience on forestry statistical reports. 
- Deliverables include five CTRPRP reports, two stakeholder workshops, database development, data collection instruments, GIS maps, data analysis and final reports with raw data. 
- Compliance: CSD registration or SARS Tax PIN, VAT status, B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit), SBD4, SBD3.3 pricing schedule, SBD6.1 preference forms, Annexures A–C, and authority to sign. 
- Evaluation: Phase 1 pre-compliance; Phase 2 functionality (min 60%); Phase 3 price and preference (80/20), with priorities for specific goals (Black/Women/disabled ownership). 
- Additional: security vetting, weekly progress updates, and adherence to a Memorandum of Agreement/SLA.
