#### Overview
**The appointment of a service provider to produce five annual reports on Commercial Timber Resources and Primary Roundwood Processing in South Africa for the financial years 2022/23–2026/27 within three years.** Bidders with professional services capabilities in forestry statistics, data collection, questionnaire design, data analysis, GIS mapping, publication and printing of reports are invited. The work includes data collection, GIS map production, writing and proofreading five reports, and related printing deliverables. The briefing is non-compulsory via MS Teams, with a closing date of 09 November 2026 at 11:00 and a briefing on 20 October 2026 at 11:00. Submissions are to be deposited in the bid box at The Environment House, 473 Steve Biko Road, Pretoria. #### Requirements
- Proven experience in producing government/sector reports and forestry statistics.
- Ability to develop data collection tools, questionnaires, GIS maps, data processing, and final/ raw data deliverables.
- Deliver five final annual reports plus raw data and five printed copies (A4, colour, double-sided on 115 gsm paper) within three years.
- Compliance with tax and supplier requirements: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN or TCS), CSD registration if no TCS, and adherence to B-BBEE where applicable; completion of SBD forms and Annexures.
- Ability to conduct inception, workshops, data collection, data analysis, and final publication as per the Terms of Reference.
- Compliance with procurement rules, GCC, and tender-specific conditions.
