#### Overview
**The Department seeks to appoint a service provider to implement, host, support and maintain an existing Waste Tyre Operations Management Information System for 36 months, via the SITA Transversal Contract RFB 1183-2022.** Bidders should have ICT systems integration, hosting, maintenance and training capabilities (including mobile apps and GIS), be accredited under the SITA transversal contract, and comply with public-sector procurement and tax requirements.

#### Requirements
- Accredited bidder under SITA Transversal Contract RFB 1183-2022 (provide accreditation letter).
- Registration in CSD or SARS Tax Compliance status with PIN; VAT registration if applicable.
- Completion of SBD documents: SBD1, SBD3.3 (Pricing), SBD4 (Disclosures), SBD6.1 (Preference Points). JV/Consortium arrangements if any.
- Ability to deliver hosting, support, maintenance, system enhancements, training, change management, and SLA-driven services; include project management and QA.
- Demonstrated experience with similar information-management/system enhancement projects; provide CVs (Annexure B) and positive reference letters.
- Compliance with POPIA and security requirements; adherence to GCC and any special contract conditions.
