#### Requirements
- Be a certified IIA member in good standing.
- Core engagement leadership of two or more auditors.
- CVs for all staff to be allocated; detailed staffing plan.
- Expertise in: Performance Management, HR, SCM, IT/OHS, ICT, Risk Management, and Financial Statements (GRAP).
- Provide three recent references (past 3 years) and a Service Level Agreement with the bid.
- CIDB registration: Not applicable.
- Tax compliance: SARS clearance certificate and Tax Clearance Pin; conduct thereof in consortium if applicable.
- Attest to independent internal audit practice; comply with SCC Charter and governance policies.
- Attend compulsory site briefing (16 July 2026) and relevant meetings.
