## Summary

#### Overview
**The Department seeks to appoint a service provider to render physical security services at DFFE offices across Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Limpopo and North-West for 36 months.** Eligible bidders should be security providers with PSIRA accreditation, compliant with tax, with COIDA, CSD and B-BBEE evidence, and capable of multi‑provincial access control and guarding.

#### Requirements
- Valid PSIRA registration for the company and good standing; directors with PSIRA certificates.
- Attend the compulsory briefing session (13 July 2026, 10:00–12:00, via Teams).
- Rates aligned to the latest PSIRA rates; adherence to PSIRA wage classifications.
- Proof of operational offices in each province bid for (municipal rates/leases or traditional authority letter where applicable).
- COIDA registration with a valid Letter of Good Standing.
- Public liability insurance minimum R1,000,000.
- SARS Tax Pin or Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; or CSD number if no TCS.
- VAT registration (if applicable).
- B-BBEE Status certificate or sworn affidavit; combined B-BBEE ownership criteria if applying for specific goals.
- Submission of SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Annexures A–C; Authority to sign on behalf; JV/Consortium agreements if applicable.
- Evidence of relevant security guard experience and project leader qualifications ( Annexure B/C as required).
