**Provision of a Conflict of Interest, Declaration of Interest and Gifts Management System, including supply, implementation, support and maintenance for IDFC for two years.** Bidders should be IT software vendors or system integrators with experience in governance/compliance solutions, OEM or accredited-partner status for the proposed software, and capabilities to integrate with IDFC HR system (CRS on MS SQL), CIPC verification, and National Treasury’s CSD, plus strong information-security posture (ISO 27001) and data-protection controls.

#### Requirements
- The bidder must be the OEM or an accredited/approved partner of the proposed solution, with evidence (letter/certificate).
