**ERWAT seeks to appoint a Safeline-EX service provider to deliver an independent confidential ethics hotline and related services for 36 months.** Ideal bidders are external whistleblowing hotline providers with Safeline-EX accreditation, capable of 24/7 multi-channel reporting, case management, reporting to ERWAT, translations, and ethics awareness campaigns.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation: The Ethics Institute Safeline-EX External Whistleblowing Hotline Service Providers certificate.
- Tax/registration: SARS PIN or TCS; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; separate TCS/PIN for JV/consortia where applicable.
- CIDB: No CIDB grading required.
- Mandatory briefing: Attend compulsory briefing (28 Oct 2026 10:30, virtual); register via ERWAT site.
