**The CSOS seeks to appoint a service provider to provide internal audit services to the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) for a period of three (3) years.** The engagement covers planning, execution, and reporting across risk management, internal control, governance, ICT audits, and probity reviews, with potential ad-hoc engagements as needed.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory professional registration for at least one director or the company with SAICA, IIASA, or IRBA.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ongoing tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) for the duration.
- Completion and submission of SBD 1, 3.3, 4, and 6.1 forms, plus supporting documents.
- Proven public-sector internal auditing experience; five team member CVs (excluding a Team Leader) with public-sector internal audit exposure; IT Auditor CV with CISA; one Team Leader/Director/Engagement Partner CV with required qualifications (honors/BTech, CA, CIA).
- References or fully completed bidder assessment form detailing relevant public-sector internal auditing engagements.
- A detailed methodology addressing sections 5.1–5.15 of the scope.
- Pricing: hourly rates for defined roles (Engagement Partner/Director, Senior Manager, Audit Supervisor, Internal Auditor, Specialist Auditor) for Year 1–3; include travel policy (outside Gauteng reimbursable).
- Specific-goals/substantive BBBEE criteria with evidence (EME/QSE status, ownership, rural/underdeveloped areas) for preferential points.
- Compliance with supply chain and anti-fronting provisions; potential site/due-diligence checks.
