## Summary

#### Overview
**The DBSA seeks a service provider to deliver integrated communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, events management, coordination, facilitation, and reporting services for the PIM Pilot, the Just Transition Finance Mechanism (JTFM), and the State of Climate Action Report (SOCAR).** Bid is targeted at professional services firms with end-to-end capabilities in these areas, preferably with multi-stakeholder engagement experience and compliance knowledge (PPPFA, CSD, SARS PIN/TCS, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in integrated communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, events management and reporting with supporting reference letters.
- Ability to develop and implement an inclusive Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) addressing language, gender equity, accessibility, and meaningful participation.
- A defined project team with CVs for key roles (Team Leader/PM, Communications/Marketing Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement/Facilitation Specialist, Reporting/Knowledge Management Specialist).
- Compliance prerequisites: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); SARS Tax PIN or Tax Compliance Status; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; two-folder bid submission and compulsory briefing attendance.
