## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a supplier to design and print the CEF Group Integrated Annual Report & Financial Statements for three financial years (2026–2029).** Bidders should have strong design, editing, typesetting and printing capabilities for multi-volume IAR/AFS, plus energy-sector experience and relevant qualifications (Annexure A).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory energy-sector experience: provide three sample projects (Annexure A).
- Minimum 10 years in design, layout, editing, proofreading and printing of IARs and AFS.
- Five reference letters from the past six years (with dates, signatures and company letterhead).
- Project lead CV and team CVs showing relevant qualifications and experience (design/layout of IAR/AFS).
- High-level project plan/methodology with scope, schedule, risk and mitigation.
- Compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD number, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Returnable documents: Part 3–7 documents, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and related certificates.
- Confidentiality, breach-of-law declarations and related sign-offs.
- Final sign-off by CEF and potential post-tender negotiations; adherence to energy-domain scope (Annexure A).
