**The appointment of a Technical Support Team to assist with EPWP Co-Ordination in KwaZulu-Natal for 12 months.** Open to service providers with EPWP programme management experience and Labour Intensive Construction (LIC) capability, plus relevant professional registrations. #### Requirements
- Administrative/functional criteria: complete bid package with all compulsory forms; register on CSD; submit SARS Tax PIN or TCS; comply with PPPFA and SBD requirements; minimum 70/100 for functionality.
- Experience and qualifications (per Annexure A/B): 
  - 1 x Technical Support Advisor: 10+ years EPWP management; professional registration (ECSA, SAQSA, SACAP or LIC NQF 7); related registration required.
  - 1 x Programme Administrator: ND/degree with 5+ years in EPWP.
  - 1 x EPWP Grant Analyst: degree/advanced diploma in accounting/financial management with 5+ years EPWP grants experience.
  - 1 x EPWP Operations, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager: relevant degree/diploma in PM/Business PM with LIC; 5+ years EPWP experience.
  - 11 District/Regional Project Coordinators and 4 Regional/Data Capturers plus Head Office data capturer: appropriate diplomas/Matric and EPWP-related experience.
- Office/coverage: proof of office in required regions (Southern Pietermaritzburg, eThekwini, North Coast, Midlands).
- Pricing and B-BBEE: complete pricing schedule (Annexure A) and B-BBEE documentation to claim points (Annexure F/G). Strict adherence to 80/20 scoring with specific goals.
