## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of qualified bidders to moderate EISA assessment instruments and marked scripts for FoodBev SETA’s External Integrated Summative Assessments (EISA).** The scope targets moderation work across multiple dairy and food/packaging qualifications, with required sector expertise and QCTO-aligned assessment moderation experience.

#### Requirements
- At least an NQF Level 5 qualification in Dairy processing, Dairy Science, Food Science, Food Technology or Packaging.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dairy processing environment, plus occupational learning and development experience and active practice in dairy/dairy science assessments.
- Strong understanding of legal/operational requirements in the dairy environment and familiarity with QCTO/QAS addenda.
- Demonstrated ability to moderate assessment instruments (papers, marking memoranda) and marking scripts; alignment with FoodBev SETA policies.
- Availability for EISA activities on specified dates (Nov 2026 and Mar 2027) and willingness to operate from FoodBev SETA offices; ability to provide timelines in bid response.
- Compliance with contract/supply chain requirements (SLA, confidentiality, data handling) and relevant registrations (CSD, SARS tax clearance) as evidence in bid submissions; proof of CSD or application if not yet registered.
- Minimum functionality score 70/100 in evaluation; 80/20 price vs specific goals with 20 points for goals such as Black/Women/PwD ownership.
