#### Overview
**Procurement of an in-house training and support service to implement and sustain an electronic performance management system (PMS) for MMSEZ for five years.** Bids are invited from service providers with HR/training and PMS implementation expertise, including provision of a five-year Strategi.exe license. Preference will be given to Limpopo-based entities (specific goals include Limpopo location).

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated 10+ years in administering/facilitating performance management (with verifiable reference letters).
- A Project Leader with 5+ years’ PMS experience (CVs with references).
- Four key personnel with at least 2+ years in skills development (CVs and qualifications).
- Relevant qualifications in HRM/HR Management/Public Admin or related field (NQF levels 6–8).
- License agreement for Strategi.exe for five years.
- Comprehensive implementation plan, training across all levels, and final close-out report.
- Tax compliance; SARS Tax PIN; CSD registration if PIN not available.
- Compliance with SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.3 pricing, SBD 4 disclosure, SBD 6.1) and ability to sign SLA if awarded.
- Non-state employment status; no disqualifying affiliations; disclosure of related party interests.
