#### Overview
**The appointment of a professional service provider to develop a Biodiversity Management Plan for Morgenzon Forest Reserve, Mpumalanga, for six months.** Bidder should be environmental consultants with biodiversity planning, literature review, stakeholder engagement and BMP development experience, and familiarity with NEMPAA and protected-area governance.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in biodiversity management planning and BMP development for protected areas under NEMPAA.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, situational analyses and stakeholder engagements (approx. 4) and deliver a comprehensive BMP with mitigation and decision-making framework.
- A project team led by a qualified Project Team Leader with CVs (Annexure B) and relevant expertise.
- Compliance: tax, SARS PIN, CSD registration; VAT; B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit; SBD1, SBD3.3 (Pricing), SBD4, SBD6.1; JV arrangements if applicable.
- Willingness to sign the contract (SBD7) and adhere to GCC/PPF Act requirements.
