**The Appointment of a Service Provider for the Deployment, Installation and Maintenance of a VOIP System for 60 Months.** Open to service providers with multi-site VOIP/PABX deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance capabilities, including NEC SV9100/SL2100, digital telephones, and related IP telephony services.

#### Requirements
- Proven ability to deploy the specified NEC PABX systems and digital phones across 13 sites per the scope.  
- Provision of hardware and software per site as listed in the specification, including mobile apps, reporting, and back-up connectivity.  
- 24/7 technical support (onsite or remote), onsite IT training, remote system monitoring, and regular firmware updates.  
- Management of number porting; numbers remain the property of Gert Sibande TVET College.  
- Compliance with BBBEE policy and the 80/20 price-to-specific-goals scoring framework; all items must be included in the submitted pricing.
