## Summary

#### Overview
**The Competition Commission seeks information to implement a fully independent network infrastructure and separate it from DTIC-managed network services.** The RFI invites suitably qualified ICT suppliers to share market information, capabilities, implementation approaches, lead times and indicative costs for a Commission-owned, secure, scalable network supporting ~250 users, including DNS/DHCP, Active Directory/Entra ID integration and centralized management.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated enterprise campus network design and implementation experience.
- Current Aruba capability relevant to AOS-CX, VSX, Aruba Central and ClearPass.
- Fortinet integration and firewall migration capability.
- Experience with Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID and certificate-based authentication.
- Ability to provide project management, engineering, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Access to manufacturer support/escalation channels; named project manager, lead network architect and cybersecurity specialist.
- Submission of reference projects of comparable complexity.
- Compliance: Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and confidentiality obligations; RFI is not a binding contract and pricing is indicative (documented in Schedule requirements).
