#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database registration (supplier number) and Tax Status Verification PIN; valid tax status.
- Detailed pricing structure on company letterhead (VAT inclusive, disbursements, escalations).
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Signed Request for Quotation; Company Profile including a Detailed Graphic Designer Profile.
- Evidence of capability: minimum 5 years fabrication experience; portfolio of 5 completed relevant projects; 3 verifiable references from prior clients (museums/exhibitions advantageous); Senior Project Lead CV; Visual Portfolio.
- Ability to fabricate and install all indoor/outdoor display infrastructure within 10 weeks; Week 11 installation.
- Evaluation requires a minimum of 70 functionality points to progress; preference points apply (80/20 system).
