#### Overview
**The Fly Over Survey and Mapping of Agricultural Commodity Production and Infrastructure in the Limpopo Province for 12 months** is being procured. Open competition is invited for Professional Service Providers with GIS/Geomatics, remote sensing, aerial survey capabilities, SAGC-registered professionals, and related agribusiness expertise to design, implement and deliver a georeferenced dataset and GIS-ready outputs across Limpopo.

#### Requirements
- Proven flyover mapping experience (winter/summer crops, livestock systems, irrigation infrastructure) with reference letters for 6+ projects.
- Team: SAGC-registered GIS professionals, Remote Sensing Specialist, Crop Scientist, Animal Scientist, Agricultural Economist, Field Survey Coordinator, GIS Technicians, Aerial Pilot (SACAA-compliant), and Data Analyst.
- Resources: access to or ownership of light aircraft/helicopters; letters of intent if leasing; proof of aircraft capacity.
- Compliance: tax compliance (SARS PIN), CSD registration (or provide CSD number), no service-of-state conflicts; professional indemnity insurance; adherence to SASQAF/NSIF and POPIA requirements.
- Outputs: certified SAGC GIS outputs; linked to LDARD’s geodatabase; data ownership by LDARD.
- Submissions must include CVs, reference letters, and contract/consortium documentation where applicable.
