**Procurement of the installation of a Visitor Management System (VMS) and License Plate Recognition (LPR) system at Eskom corporate sites (EAL, MWP and ERIC) for a period of three years.** Target bidders are security/IT systems integrators with experience in VMS/LPR, access-control integration, and Eskom E-Tendering registration.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility and compliance: meet the Tender Data, not restricted to do business with Eskom/SOCs, nationality sanctions policy, and no more than one tender/clear JV risks; JV agreements must ensure joint and several liability.

- Technical and contract qualifications: provide VMS and LPR design proposals, datasheets, interface demos, compliance certificates; minimum two CVs for technicians; evidence of at least two completed projects; relevant certifications; SLA/maintenance strategy; NEC 3 Term Service Contract as the contractual form.
- Evaluation basics: minimum 70% in technical functionality; price evaluated on 80 points with PPPFA-specific goals; non-disqualifiable returnables must be submitted; non-compliance may affect award.
