#### Overview
**Maintenance services on routine, non-routine on as and when required basis on coalescers and mobile purifiers and the supply of all the different types of filter elements at Grootvlei Power Station for a period of 5 years on as and when required basis.** Bidders should have experience in power-plant filtration, maintenance of coalescers/purifiers and supply of related filter elements, plus Eskom eligibility, CSD registration and compliance with SAN standards.

#### Requirements
- Eskom eligibility criteria must be met; not under sanctions; not restricted from contracting with Eskom or SOEs.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliance with relevant SAN standards; tax compliance considerations apply.
- Complete tender pack with all returnables: Annexures A–J, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2, pricing schedules (PDF/Excel), CIDB where applicable, and supporting evidence (COIDA, SHEQ, environmental, employment equity, etc.).
- CIDB requirements are noted as applicable only where relevant; otherwise not applicable for this contract.
- Additional contractual requirements: proof of CSD registration, COIDA/Workplace safety, environmental/quality documents, and any required sub-contractor declarations.
