- Compliance with Eskom standard 240-70500896 for master padlocks/keys, including Level 1 mandatory, Level 2 scoring, and Level 3 product samples; adherence to SANS 1533 and corrosion testing.
- Pre-qualification/registrations: SARS Tax Clearance, CSD, CIDB CRS (category/level), SANAS B-BBEE certificate or valid Affidavit, COID certificate.
- Tender returnables and QA evidence: Form A (company/partnership/joint venture/sole proprietor/trust as applicable), Declaration of Fair Tendering Practices, Confirmation of Receipt of Addenda, QCP/ITP documentation, and related ISO 9001/QA evidence.
