- Submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms; SBD 6.1 covers preference points for black ownership (see SBD 6.1 document: Black owned.pdf)
- Pricing schedule: provide unit price, quantity, and total price for each licence category; pricing must be VAT inclusive; bid validity is 60 days. (see Terms_of_Reference_Joint_Licence_Renewal.pdf)
