## Summary

**The National Library of South Africa seeks to appoint a service provider to deliver an application to measure, boost and monitor employees’ cyber-security awareness.** The contract is for 12 months and covers an integrated security-awareness platform with training, phishing simulations, dark web monitoring, policy management, and reporting. The bidder should be an experienced IT/security solutions provider with demonstrable security-awareness platform capabilities and ISO-certified information security/continuity/quality management.

#### Requirements
- ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 9001:2015 (mandatory).  
- Proven experience with security-awareness platforms and related services (training, simulations, reporting).  
- Administrative/compliance: completion of SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and a copy of the latest CSD report.  
- Pricing schedule including VAT; capability to deliver within 30 days after Purchase Order (per Terms of Reference).
