**The National Library of South Africa seeks a service provider to renew SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) subscriptions and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications subscriptions for a period of one year.** Bidders with enterprise Linux subscription renewal experience, an authorized SUSE reseller/partner (OEM letter required), and National Treasury CSD registration should bid to ensure uninterrupted updates, patches and support across NLSA environments.

#### Requirements
- OEM authorization letter confirming reseller/partner status.
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with the latest report.
- Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
- Evidence of being an authorized SUSE reseller/partner and ability to transfer licensing and support entitlements (including ULVM).
- Compliance with SUSE subscription licensing and live patching requirements (Priority Subscription).
- Provide renewal confirmation and proof of subscription entitlement upon award/activation.
- Quotation validity period: 60 days.
