#### Requirements
- SACAP registration and Professional Indemnity insurance
- Architect CV showing at least 3 years’ experience with relevant project types
- Minimum three written reference letters OR minimum two completion certificates
- Proof of valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD number; SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Complete and sign all Standard Bidding Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and annexes
- Attendance at compulsory briefing session (Go/No Go if not attended)
- Cost breakdown on official letterhead; VAT-inclusive pricing
- Final deliverables in hard copy and editable formats (AutoCAD, Revit/BIM where applicable, PDF)
- RFQ will be evaluated under 80/20 preference (up to R1M) with NRF-specific goals
