**The ARC seeks a suitably qualified service provider to deliver managed and hosted hybrid mesh firewall services for a 36-month period.** This open-tender (via PURCO SA) targets providers with enterprise firewall delivery experience, OEM accreditation, ISO/IEC 27004 (as stated) certification, and the ability to integrate with ARC’s hybrid cloud/on‑premise environment. #### Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience delivering managed firewall services; firewall professionals with at least five years’ experience.
- Authorized partner/reseller of the proposed firewall solution with OEM accreditation (letter required).
- ISO/IEC 270033-4 certified (proof required).
- Minimum three client reference letters for similar services within seven years.
- CVs for 3–5 firewall/security engineers with relevant certifications (e.g., FCSS/PCNSE/CCSA/CCNP/CCNA).
- Bidders must meet PURCO SA terms: 2% service fee on invoices, monthly spend reports, and right of offset; good financial/legal standing.
- Complete SBD forms, VAT/Tax compliance (PIN or CSD), BBBEE documentation; adhere to GCC and contract terms.
- Mandatory physical briefing session on 03 Sep 2026; non-attendance may disqualify.
