#### Overview
**ARC seeks a suitably qualified service provider to procure Mimecast Email Security Services for a 36-month period, including 2000 mailbox licenses, 24/7 monitoring, monthly reporting, and integration with ARC systems, to be delivered via PURCO SA electronic submissions.** Eligible bidders are authorized Mimecast implementation partners with OEM accreditation, able to provide 3 client references, a formal service delivery plan with SLAs, and pricing for the 36-month engagement (see Annexure 1 – Pricing Schedule for Mimecast, PU8111079-ADVERT-Annexure 1 - Pricing Schedule for Mimecast.xlsx). The procurement is conducted under ARC’s PURCO SA process; the contract may be split or awarded non-exclusively, and ARC may reject the lowest tender.

#### Requirements
- Qualifications and certifications
- Authorized Mimecast implementation partner with OEM accreditation
- Minimum three Mimecast reference letters from the last five years
- CVs for Project Lead/Service Delivery, Account Manager, and three Engineers
- Documented Service Delivery Model, SLA commitments, escalation procedures, and 24x7 support
- Prices in SA Rand, VAT included, with a full cost breakdown; pricing valid for 180 days
- Compliance: SARS Tax PIN or TCS/CSD registration, BBBEE status or sworn affidavit
- Sub-contracting/JV: Up to 25% sub-contracting; JV agreements signed by all parties
- POPIA/privacy compliance; data handling and confidentiality
- Required documents: SBD forms completed, SBD 3.3 pricing, Annexure 1 pricing
- Price/Cost structure including any outsourcing details and discounts
- NIP and related compliance where applicable
