#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification/mandatory information (submit all in full):
  - RFP document: each page initialled by a delegated representative.
  - Technical specifications and pricing: fully signed; pricing/specs must not be altered.
  - Proof of bank account (bank letter, not older than 6 months).
  - Certified company registration documents (not older than 6 months).
  - Certified IDs for directors/shareholders (not older than 6 months).
  - SARS Tax Compliance status (valid on tender closing date).
  - B-BBEE certificate or affidavit from SANAS-accredited agency.
  - SBD Forms: SBD 1, 4, 6.1 (certified not older than 6 months).
