#### Requirements

- Lead Partner/Director: 5+ years in public-sector forensic investigations, forensic auditing/accounting, computer forensics and cybercrimes, and forensic data imaging.

- Tax clearance/tax status verification (including JV members if applicable).
- Completion and submission of required forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Valid B-BBEE certificate (consolidated for joint ventures per 3.11.1), Non-Disclosure Agreement Annexure A, Tax Compliance Pin.
- Joint ventures/consortia: provide JV agreements, split of work, guarantees, and related documents (plus consolidated B-BBEE if applicable).
