- Prospective service providers not yet registered on the CSD should register without delay; the Municipality reserves the right not to award to non-CSD-registered bidders.  
- Tender must be submitted on the original documents, in a sealed envelope, and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date.  
- Full tender documents must be deposited in the Kannaland Municipality tender box (32 Church Street, Ladismith) by 12:00 on 09 December 2026; envelopes must be endorsed with the number, title and closing date.  
- Evaluation will be in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Kannaland SCM Policy; the Municipality may withdraw or reject any tender and is not obliged to award to the lowest bid.
