## Summary

#### Overview
**The provision of break-fix for SANRAL ICT equipment and maintenance for 18 months.** Suitable for service providers with OEM-aligned HPE support and multi-vendor break-fix capability across compute, storage, backup and network components; bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), be tax-compliant, and commit to B-BBEE requirements and subcontracting at least 30% to Targeted Enterprises. In-scope assets include HPE CS 700 systems, blade & ProLiant servers, MSA/3PAR storage, tape libraries, Brocade gear, and Veeam One licenses (Annexed in the RFP).

#### Requirements
- CSD registration and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS) with supporting certificates; each JV/consortium member to submit separate proofs.  
- B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit) required for compliance; evaluation includes specific-goal points.  
- Security clearance may be required for personnel (up to CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET/TOP SECRET).  
- Sub-contract at least 30% of the work to Targeted Enterprises.  
- Demonstrated OEM-aligned support (e.g., HPE Care Pack) and multi-vendor break-fix capability; evidence includes CVs, certifications, and references (as per Form B3).  
- Provide two named technical resources with: 1 x HPE ATP (Compute) and 1 x HPE ASE or Master ASE (Storage).  
- Submit all returnable documents (SBD forms, A forms, B1–B4, pricing, etc.) by closing; ensure responsive, compliant bid (Step One/Two criteria).
