## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of concrete repairs inside the drydock in the Port of Durban.** Eligible bidders are contractors with CIDB designation 2CE or higher (or able to meet the requirement before evaluation). Duration is six months, with a compulsory briefing and site visit for shortlisted bidders, and responses via Transnet’s e-tender portal.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: contractor grading designation 2CE or higher (or ability to obtain prior to evaluation) [C1/CIDB rules].

- Returnable documents: complete the required schedules and submit all listed attachments; no alternatives accepted; English tender offers only (T1/T1.2).
- Pre-qualification/Mandatories: valid Tax Clearance with TCS PIN; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; CIDB certificate; CSD registration; Workmen’s Compensation good standing (T1/T2; T2.3).
